About The Role
Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families to deliver personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain high standards of care and influence team members positively. Tasks may include demonstrating how to use mobility aids, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, always with kindness. You will also facilitate social and recreational activities and administer medication.
Maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships are key responsibilities. Safeguarding is everyone\’s responsibility; you must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and seek advice or escalate concerns as needed.
