80:20 Job split – Full time trust doctor role in RDUH (Eastern) for 80% of the year with 20% working in Kenya, minimum 4 weeks with AMREF flying doctors volunteer physician programme. Further time in Kenya may continue with flying doctor programme or link with more rural partnership hospital helping the junior global health fellows in quality improvement projects.

Full UK pay will be received for time in Kenya. Flights, visas, transfers, accommodation and any other costs incurred in country will be paid for by fellow. (Whilst working on the AMREF flying doctor programme, AMREF will provide accommodation). Assistance with organising will be provided.

Contract is offered as a full-time, 12 month fixed term.

Time in Kenya will be after completion of time in UK.
