Purpose of the Role:
The role involves building and presenting the garage environment, support equipment, and individual car parts at and away from the McLaren Technology Centre. The position may require unsociable hours, short-notice shifts during high load periods, and extensive travel, including time away from home. Flexibility and willingness to carry out security duties are essential.
Principal Accountabilities:
This varied trainee role includes practical duties requiring mechanical, electrical, or IT aptitude and a willingness to learn. Attention to detail and effective communication are crucial.
Training programmes will ensure exposure to support crew operations, sea freight, and air freight.
The trainee must absorb information, follow instructions, and fulfill security duties to protect company IP. Operating forklifts will be part of the role, with training provided.
