Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance & Compliance: Maintain and service advanced fire alarm systems to ensure full compliance with current safety standards and regulations
  • Emergency Response: Provide prompt and professional emergency service calls, demonstrating technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities
  • Territory Management: Plan and execute efficient service schedules to optimise coverage within designated geographical areas
  • Customer Relations: Deliver professional customer service through clear communication and reliable technical support
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment and materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and equipment readiness
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to maintain current knowledge of industry standards and emerging technologies
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of legislative changes, industry standards, and competitive developments affecting fire safety services
  • Performance Management: Achieve individual performance targets while contributing to overall team objectives

  • Valid UK driving licence
