Job Description
PSHE Teacher – Qualified or Unqualified – Southampton – ASAP start!
Academics are recruiting on behalf of an Alternative Provision in Central Southampton who provide education to vulnerable young people aged 15 – 19 years.
They are looking for a passionate and caring PSHE Teacher to join them ASAP on a full-time, temp to perm contract. This is open to both qualified PSHE Teacher's and those with a relevant qualification such as a Psychology Degree and looking to go into teaching.
The suitable PSHE Teacher will be someone who loves working in an alternative education environment. Who is nurturing and able to build positive relationships with young people to support them both academically and emotionally and build their confidence. You must be able to plan and deliver engaging and exciting PSHE lessons to meet their individual learning needs.
