Make a lasting impact in neurorehabilitation. Merco is proud to be working in partnership with a respected neurological care centre in Ipswich to recruit a Senior Specialist Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team supporting individuals recovering from brain injuries, neurological conditions, and complex care needs. You will work alongside psychologists, occupational therapists, SLTs, nurses, music therapists, orthotists, therapy assistants, and rehabilitation support workers—within a warm and collaborative environment that values professional growth and compassionate care. About the Role You’ll be responsible for providing a senior-level physiotherapy service, including assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of person-centred care programmes. Working across both the rehabilitation and complex care units, you’ll treat a variety of presentations—ranging from post-stroke rehabilitation to long-term neurological conditions like Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease. You’ll also be involved in clinical supervision, training of junior staff, and contributing to service development to ensure best practice is consistently achieved.
