QHSE Coordinator- North Aberdeenshire The Role As QHSE Coordinator, you’ll be a core member of our team, working closely with the QHSE Manager to maintain and improve our Integrated Management System and ensure we meet the highest standards across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Responsibilities * Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards. * Assisting in incident investigations and compiling reports. * Participating in audits, inspections, and risk assessments. * Keeping accurate records for training, inspections, maintenance, and incidents. * Supporting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions. * Compiling and analysing QHSE metrics and performance data. * Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits. * Helping to maintain and review risk assessments and safe systems of work. * Promoting a strong, proactive safety culture across the organisation. * Staying informed on legislation and supporting fire marshal duties. * Assisting with inductions and deputising for the QHSE Manager when required. * Supporting carbon reduction initiatives. Requirements Essential * IOSH Managing Safely. * Experience working with QHSE management systems. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamworking skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Desirable * NEBOSH General Certificate. * Previous experience in a fabrication, welding, energy or manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations. * First Aid/Fire Warden trained. * Auditor training (advantageous but not essential). Salary- £30-32K Permanent and Full-time
