Administrator Location: Nottingham, NG16 Salary: £12.21 Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm – 40 Hours per week Temporary to permanent Looking for someone to start Job Details We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring vehicle checks, maintaining accurate compliance records, managing legal documentation for UK and international movements also supporting ongoing audits and training. Working closely with our Operations and HR teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor driver hours, tachograph data, and rest periods to ensure UK/EU compliance Track vehicle inspections, Manage compliance paperwork Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records using software Run weekly audits Log enforcement actions and track compliance breaches Support driver inductions and ongoing training Review and update compliance policies and procedures Requirements Strong attention to detail with excellent record keeping skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools Strong communication skills, able to work across teams and with external authorities Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
