Maths, Science, & Computer Science Graduate (STEM) Teaching Assistants North West London September 2025 start £95-£110 per day Veritas Education works with a wide range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across London and the surrounding areas, providing high-quality teachers and support staff for long-term, short-term, permanent, and daily supply roles. We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building strong and trusted relationships with our clients. We are currently recruiting Maths and Science Graduate Teaching Assistants for secondary schools in North West London. Roles are full time, long term, and will be to start in September 2025. Responsibilities for Maths and Science Graduate Teaching Assistant include: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom learning. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with SEN, helping to reinforce learning. Support the development of students\’ academic skills as well as their social and emotional growth. Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment. Prepare and organise teaching resources to support lesson delivery and student engagement. Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to track student progress and implement learning strategies.About you: Educated to degree level in an Maths or Science, or in any STEM subject area Have previous experience within a school or other child related experience. Demonstrate enthusiasm and a professional and friendly approach. Have knowledge and experience supporting children within special educational needs. School based experience preferred but not essential.Graduates with relevant experience or an interest in pursuing a career in education are encouraged to apply.
