You’ll report directly to the Financial Controller and play a key role in supporting a variety of projects and departments—ranging from cost tracking to revenue processing—with lots of room to learn and grow. What You’ll Be Doing: * Assisting in the preparation of month-end financial reports, including dashboards, forecasts, and full Management Accounts. * Helping compile monthly stock reports and managing the fixed asset register. * Performing daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies. * Setting up new projects and meticulously tracking costs and income. * Acting as a friendly, reliable finance point-of-contact for budget holders across the business. * Maintaining accurate records and supporting the external audit process to keep everything audit-ready. * Handling a wide range of tasks—from posting journals to reconciling credit card statements and more.
