The Role: We currently have a superb opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established and highly reputable automotive dealership based in Basingstoke. Our client is a successful franchised main dealership with a strong local presence and an excellent reputation for customer care. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that offers genuine long-term career progression and industry-leading training. Working within a modern, high-performing aftersales team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a memorable customer service experience, supporting the service department, and ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities & Requirements: Greet and check in customers for service and repair appointments. Act as the main liaison between customers and the workshop. Promote and upsell additional services and repair work where appropriate. Ensure accurate job card preparation and invoicing. Keep customers informed with timely updates and respond to queries effectively. Previous experience in a main dealer service advisor role is essential. Full UK driving licence required. Package: Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 On Target Earnings: Up to £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Saturdays: 1 in 4, 08:00–12:00 If you are an experienced Service Advisor with the drive and skills to succeed – we want to hear from you!
