My client, a renowned and rapidly expanding membership organisation within the medical sector, seeks an Accreditation Officer to join a dynamic, friendly and busy team. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week based in the office (one to be Wednesday). The right candidate will have some experience of project management / coordination, great customer service experience, has attention to detail and be a self-starter who also enjoys collaborating in a team. The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the organisation’s personal accreditation, with specific duties for organising and delivering practical assessments. The assessments take place on weekends and across the United Kingdom. The post holder will work closely with the Accreditation and Operations Coordinator and the Accreditation Manager to carry out various accreditation projects. Delivering these to a high standard, you will possess strong organisational skills and be adept at multitasking. The ability to prioritise your workload effectively and respond to challenging situations professionally and promptly is essential for success in this role. Main duties will include; Act as a secondary point of contact for those seeking information about accreditation process and candidates currently pursuing accreditation. Provide regular and detailed updates to the organisation on accreditation matters as necessary using clear lines of communication. Manage the entire practical assessments project, including process, requirements and timelines. Work within the CRM portal to ensure submissions, allocations and issues are actioned in a timely manner, identify and highlight any potential development areas that arise. Organise the practical assessment days including – liaising with the venue regarding logistics, ensure and manage assessor attendance. Oversee hotel, travel and food arrangements for staff and assessors, ensure correct equipment is collated and shipped to the venue. Attend all practical assessments as a key point of contact on the day(s) for assessors, candidates and staff. Manage exam registrations, waiting lists, cancellations, processing of results and resubmissions. Ensure all members are advised of forthcoming deadlines for accreditation, whilst maintaining accurate and transparent monitoring systems of all candidates and examiners through their accreditation and training journey. Attendance and organisation of events, meetings and conferences as required with overnight stays. Weekend work is required (up to 9 weekends in a year), TOIL or paid time is given in return. The right candidate will have some project coordination or education / accreditation experience, be organised, have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
