Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & Infrastructure Bridgwater, Somerset £60,000 – £80,000 + Package / Benefits (LTD or PAYE) About the company Our client is an RC Frame and Groundwork subcontractor, with a turnover of over £100m covering projects across the South of England. Projects vary, our client offers services to Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial and Civil related projects. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a top 5 industry leader within RC Frame and Groundworks on major projects within reinforced concrete structures supporting the successful delivery of high-profile Civil schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project. You’ll play a key part in ensuring value for money, maintaining budgetary control, and driving profitability—while working closely with project teams and clients. About the requirements * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar * Previous experience in working with a Civil Engineering, Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor * Proven experience managing project budgets from £5m – £20m About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £60,000 – £80,000 per annum.
