Choice Teachers, on behalf of our partner college in Cambridge, is looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to join their team. This exciting role will be pivotal in delivering impactful marketing communications to support recruitment efforts for school leavers and enhance employer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, producing case studies, running email campaigns, and supporting key college events., * Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the PR Officer to develop a comprehensive library of student and alumni case studies. Create dynamic social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials that highlight the College’s successes and offerings.

Social Media Management: Monitor trends, create engaging content, and enhance social media engagement across various platforms, using tools like Canva and video editing software.

Case Studies & Student Voice: Capture impactful case studies at key college events and promote student success stories through videos and written content.

Filming & Video Editing: Film and edit high-quality videos using mobile devices and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro for marketing purposes.

Campaign Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and improve engagement across platforms.

Event Coordination: Support key events such as Open Days, Awards Ceremonies, Job Fairs, Graduation Ceremonies, and employer engagement events.

Open Days & School Liaison: Attend Open Days and school liaison events, promoting the College and engaging with prospective students and their families.

General Support: Contribute to the development of the College’s marketing strategy, supporting campaigns and representing the College professionally at all times.
The Postholder Will Produce:

Social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.).

Photographs and videos at events, student activities, and achievements.

Newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and SMS messaging campaigns.

Marketing materials, including leaflets, postcards, posters, and banners.

Case studies highlighting student success stories.

Support for Open Days, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring materials are ready.

Social media and graphic assets for event promotion and marketing campaigns.
