HR Administrator – Full Time, Permanent Wellingborough Salary: £24,294 – £25,979 FTE (actual £21,101 – £22,571) Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks (42 weeks per year) Start date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible) The School and Role A welcoming primary school in Wellingborough is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team from September 2025 on a permanent basis. You will provide efficient and confidential HR administrative support, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, absence monitoring, and maintaining accurate staff records. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills looking to contribute to a positive school environment where high standards and teamwork are valued. Requirements Please note: You will only be considered for this role if you meet the requirements and have relevant UK experience.
