An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and passionate Private Client Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive team in Weybridge. This is a fee-earning role, offering hands-on experience across a broad range of private client matters. The Role: You will be involved in providing support to the wider team, managing your own caseload of routine private client work and assisting with the continued growth and development of the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in private client law. Key Responsibilities: * Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney * Registering Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney * Handling estate and trust administration * Visiting properties as part of estate administration * Assisting with client enquiries and day-to-day case management * Opening and closing files * Providing a high standard of client care and professional service * Supporting senior fee earners and partners in business development activities * Meeting billing and financial targets * Staying up to date with legal developments relevant to the role Experience and Skills Requirements: * Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification) * A genuine interest in private client work * Strong research and drafting skills * Highly organised and detail-oriented * Confident, professional, and client-focused * Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to further develop their legal skills in a progressive and client-centred environment.
