Source, engage, and place qualified agency workers in response to fluctuating staffing demands. Drive initiatives to encourage the transition of temporary workers into permanent roles. Collaborate strategically with hiring managers, HR, procurement teams, and external managed service providers (MSPs). Ensure agency recruitment is compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with workforce planning goals.
