Requirements
Only candidates with the essential criteria and proven UK school experience will be considered.

  • Formal HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or NVQ Level 2 equivalent)

  • Experience working with children in a UK school, including those with additional needs

  • Ability to plan, deliver lessons, manage behaviour, and provide feedback

  • Understanding of child development, curriculum planning, and safeguarding practices

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new one
