Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
What you’ll bring to the role:

- Supporting the Sales Manager in managing the Sales Executive prospect system, ensuring data accuracy and effective use.
- Adherence to all regulations, policies, and FCA standards for Finance & Insurance.
- Motivation to achieve departmental profitability, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
- An analytical approach to interpret financial data and prepare reports for Senior Management.
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales staff to reach their potential.
- Experience in automotive sales, particularly with similar brands, and working within a team with shared objectives.
