The Bureau Billing team deliver accurate, timely billing for telecoms and IT services, aligned with each client’s contract. Acting as an extension of our clients’ billing departments, we ensure industry best practices are followed and maintain the highest standards of accreditation.
As a Senior Bureau Billing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering precise billing and supporting the wider team. You\’ll manage day-to-day billing tasks, offer insights to help clients improve profitability, and may mentor junior team members as needed. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
What you\’ll be doing
- Manage complex monthly billing cycles with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service.
- Resolve complex billing queries and provide insightful reporting.
- Identify process improvements and support team development.
- Contribute to team projects and offer leadership support when needed.
Your Experience
- Demonstrable experience of using billing systems aBILLity and / or Affinity.
- Confident using Excel, Outlook, and other associated programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
- Well-organised with great time management and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of telecoms billing processes and industry standards.
- Experience managing complex billing for large customer accounts is desirable.
