Job Title: Senior SEN Caseworker Location: Lewisham Salary: £300 Per Day Hours: Full-time About the Role As a Senior SEN Caseworker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children and young people with SEN, working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of children and young people with complex SEN needs. Collaborating with families, schools, and external agencies to develop and review Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plans. Providing guidance and advocacy for children, young people, and their families, ensuring they understand and access their rights and support. Ensuring statutory deadlines and processes are met in line with the SEND Code of Practice. Supporting the SEN Operational Manager and providing guidance to junior team members. Contributing to policy development and service improvement initiatives.
