Base pay range
Due to growth within the Onboarding Team, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, hybrid working from home and our Basildon site (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home per week). You will receive a salary of up to £22,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Process applications to standard and within timelines
Responsible for:
- Knowing the full criteria, requirements and timelines for processes covered within the Onboarding Department
- Providing support for Senior Onboarding Partners and to complete processes within a timely manner.
- Completing the processing of all applications (new Introducer and Licence requests, as well as Admin cases) to standard and schedule.
- Flag up to Senior OB Partner / OB Manager where workloads may impact capacity to complete tasks on time and agree contingency measures
- Managing incoming calls/emails to standards and within timelines
Responsible for:
- Monitoring the volumes and turnaround times of calls & emails
- Ensuring own items are completed within expected timelines
- Flag up to Senior OB Partner / OB Manager where workloads may impact capacity to complete tasks on time and agree contingency measures
- Ensure member update requests are processed within standard timelines (e.g. reference requests, leavers etc)
Responsible for:
- Maintainin knowledge of processes and requirements for member requests (examples: reference requests, change of company details, new Licence requests, leavers, admin applications etc)
- Flag up to Senior OB Partner / OB Manager where workloads may impact capacity to complete tasks on time and agree contingency measures
The objectives for the Recruitment Administrator will be set with the Onboarding Manager, in line with the prevailing business requirements at the time. These will have an element of flexibility due to the ever-evolving regulatory framework and the need for the business to be responsive, as well as process and team development to improve the network experience and operations efficiency.
