Overview

Recruitment Administrator at Stonebridge – Mortgage & Insurance Network. Basildon, England, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working from home and on-site at Basildon (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home per week).

Base pay range

Due to our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player with admin experience (or transferable skills with an aptitude to learn) to provide a timely and accurate support service to our Onboarding Team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, hybrid working from home and our Basildon site (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home per week).

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of onboarding partners who process applications from new mortgage firms to join the Stonebridge Network; provide admin support to help the team stay within standards and timelines.
  • Process applications to standard and within timelines; assist with completing processing of all applications (new Introducer and Licence requests, and Admin cases) in a timely manner.
  • Know the full criteria, requirements and timelines for processes covered within the Onboarding Department; flag workload concerns to Senior Onboarding Partner / OB Manager and agree contingency measures.
  • Manage incoming calls/emails to standard and within timelines; monitor volumes and turnaround times of calls & emails.
  • Ensure member update requests are processed within standard timelines (e.g., reference requests, changes to company details, leavers).
  • Maintain knowledge of processes and requirements for member requests (e.g., reference requests, licence changes, leavers, admin applications) and escalate as needed.
