About the role
As a Transformation Manager, you lead strategic change by turning vision into action—designing future-ready organizations and driving impactful transformation across structures, systems, and culture.
You manage complex programs with clarity and agility, embedding operational excellence and innovative methods to deliver measurable, sustainable results.
With a proactive mindset and strong stakeholder influence, you inspire alignment, foster resilience, and empower teams to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
- Lead Strategic Transformation: Shape and drive transformation initiatives with a clear vision, aligning strategy with execution
- Program & Project Management: Manage complex transformation programs and projects using agile methods and structured milestone planning to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Champion Operational Excellence: Apply methods such as 5S and Kanban to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and build sustainable operational performance
- Organizational Development: Design and implement future-ready organizational structures, processes, and capabilities to support long-term growth
- Apply Innovative Methods: Introduce and embed transformation frameworks and innovative tools to support cultural and structural change
- Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Influence and engage key stakeholders across all levels, ensuring buy-in and shared ownership of transformation goal
- Proactivity, Leadership & Independence: Act independently, with a forward-thinking mindset and a strong ability to anticipate change, inspire teams
Job requirements and experience
- Educational Background: Degree in business administration, organizational development, engineering, or a comparable field. Strong proficiency in project management, collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams), and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Professional Experience:Several years of experience in leading transformation programs/ projects, organizational design, or business excellence in a complex, cross-functional environment—preferably in a commercial area or/and at an international level
- Methodological Expertise:Solid knowledge of transformation and change frameworks, project and program management, as well as operational excellence methods (e.g., 5S, Kanban, Lean)
- Soft Skills & Mindset:A strategic thinker with a visionary mindset, who excel in communication and stakeholder management, fostering trusting relationships that respect and appreciate diverse perspectives while thriving as a proactive self-starter in dynamic settings.
- Result & Improvement Focus: Driven by a passion for challenging the status quo, who embrace new experiences with curiosity, promoting continuous improvement and delivering sustainable results quickly to meet goals.\”
- Collaboration & Leadership:Ability to align diverse teams and lead initiatives with empathy, clarity, and structure, even in uncertain or changing environments. Support and empower others to achieve their goals.
