What to expect
The primary aim of the Area Change Manager is to maintain service provision across a designated patch of branches and ensure Post Office continues to service its customers when and where needed. This includes efficiently supporting the exit of branches and sourcing suitable replacements through to supporting new branches as they get started.
Based in the field you will have the opportunity to cultivate potential new trading partners in the local area, negotiate with key stakeholders including MP’s, local authorities and landlords and prepare detailed project plans for each change including assessing risk.
This really is a great opportunity to support the local community by ensuring the continual delivery of Post Office services in the area. As this role is field based you will need a full driving license as much of your time will be spent out on visits.
