Job Description

We\’re on the lookout for a passionate and forward-thinking L&D Specialist who thrives on innovation and is ready to champion the future of digital learning. In this role, you won\’t just design content, you\’ll craft immersive, learner-first experiences that spark curiosity, build capability, and drive performance across the Watches of Switzerland Group.

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you\’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to uncover learning needs and transform them into engaging, interactive solutions using authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline. You\’ll deliver projects from concept to launch, ensuring every touchpoint achieves a seamless and impactful experience.

With your exceptional communication skills, creative mindset, and project management expertise, you\’ll be a driving force behind our digital learning strategy, bringing fresh ideas to the table and setting new standards for our digital learning offering.

About You

  • Proven experience in digital learning design and development
  • Proficient in Articulate Rise and Storyline with knowledge on how to bring content to life through interactive, visually engaging digital experiences.
  • Understanding of instructional design methodologies with the ability to apply them flexibly to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong project management capabilities
