The Role
Join our dedicated team and you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the curriculum for KS3–4 pupils with SEN.

Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists to support individual learning and well-being.

Manage behavior effectively, using positive strategies and EHCP frameworks.

Contribute to individualized education plans, monitor progress, and report to parents/carers regularly.

Participate in professional training and development in line with the school’s ethos.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified teacher status (QTS) in Secondary education.

Experience teaching in a SEND setting, working with KS3–4 students.

Confident in behaviour management and adapting strategies for diverse needs.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
