We’re looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeping Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

  • As Housekeeping Assistant you will maintain the cleanliness and good order of all assigned areas creating a pleasant environment for our guests.
  • You will be in charge of delighting our guests with requested service and ensure that all linen cupboards and all items are stocked properly.
  • We are looking for someone with ideally a previous experience in a five star hotel and a passion for hospitality.
  • You are willing to provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service in order to achieve great customer satisfaction.

As a Housekeeping Assistant you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Housekeeping Assistant candidate, you will have worked within Housekeeping previously in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you have worked in a five star Hotel or similar establishment.
