The Opportunity
We are seeking a Waste Representative to join our team in Southampton. This is a pertinent role, where you’ll be visiting customer sites providing a top-notch customer experience, collecting, and exchanging non, low, and hazardous waste streams, whilst identifying new business opportunities and earning uncapped commission. Job Role:
- Attending 6-9 sites daily removing and exchanging non, low, and hazardous industrial waste streams.
- Loading and unloading drums and containers onto and from your vehicle.
- Identifying and exploring new business opportunities within existing and new customers.
- Liaise with the Branch Manager and customers to solve customer requirements.
- Using hand-held tablets and CRM to manage your week and workload.
Seeking experience / skills:
- A clean UK Driving Licence.
- A Class 2 Drivers Licence.
- Experience within the waste industry isn\’t necessary – full training given.
- Someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships.
