Overview

Our ambitious projects help to combat the challenges of waste and water infrastructure, flooding and water quality. Responsibilities

You\’ll become part of an integrated team challenged with delivering a major upgrade to one of our biggest sewage treatment works in Wanlip near Leicester. You will lead and coordinate your section of the project while driving continuous improvement activities that support Severn Trent’s strategic ambitions for our customers. You will actively engage with the Project Senior Management Team, our Operational Team and effectively manage other stakeholders across the business, communicating successfully on project deliverables. You will ensure the project delivers on time and within budget, taking responsibility for financial monitoring and control, managing risks, and commercial governance throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have experience delivering construction projects within utilities, rail, highways or similar sectors. You will have experience managing contracts with NEC3/4 and a working knowledge of the CDM Regulations. The right skills and experience are important, but we also value character, positivity and a caring attitude.
