As a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operating Picture (COP) Manager on our team, you’ll explore new data sources and systems, create effective integrations, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build situational awareness for the client.

You Have:
Experience with analytic tools, databases, and situational awareness displays, such as MAVEN, FADE/MIST, Bodhi, Thresher, or Esri
Experience working with data pertaining to disposition of forces across domains, such as ground, air, maritime, or cyber
Experience with operations center and analytic briefing processes and formats, including underlying and supporting data
Experience prioritizing data integration efforts for host site data based upon operational need
Experience working within the USEUCOM J2 or J3
Ability to clean large data sets in preparation for use in diverse systems and tools
TS/SCI clearance
Associate\’s degree and 6+ years of experience with all-source analysis, Bachelor\’s degree and 4+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with conducting full data lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and design
Experience with a programming language and low-/no-code programming, such as JEMA
Experience maintaining host site CIP and COP with doctrinal Service or Joint Command and Control and COP systems, including GCCS
Experience in conveying various technical aspects to non-technical individuals
Experience incorporating ChatSurfer and OSINT into workflows and CIP, COP and other dashboards and displays
Knowledge of common military system messaging formats, such as CMF IBS, OTH-G, Link-series, and USMTF, and their limitations
Knowledge of incorporating non-native data into tools via API or other means
Knowledge of intelligence collection systems or collection management processes and systems
Knowledge of Service C2, analytic, and CIP and COP systems and practices
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including process and technical explanation and presenting to senior leaders in high-stress circumstances

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
