What you will be doing

  • Support the whole restaurant team, front of house & back of house, ensuring the restaurant runs like clockwork
  • Be passionate about food, know the menu inside out and share this with customers
  • Help deliver Great Times for customers, taking pride in the service you provide
  • Play a part in keeping the restaurant looking fabulous at all times, hitting the mark set out in policies, processes & guidelines
  • Live & breathe the key ingredients of the Zizzi customer service journey, ensuring all customers have a Great Time, every time
