We are currently seeking Recreation Assistants to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will supervise and assist customers as they use our facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Your duties will include regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment to ensure everything is in top condition. A hardworking and conscientious attitude is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, your social skills and professionalism will help create a welcoming and supportive environment.

Requirements
- Supervise and assist leisure centre customers
- Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team
- Show an ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities as well as all levels of staff
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
- Assist with the preparation, storage, resources and movement of equipment as required
