As a Paid Media Manager , you’ll work across multiple clients’ websites, helping to drive exceptional results through expertly crafted paid media campaigns. You’ll assist in the day-to-day production, development, and management of campaigns that deliver on—and smash—client KPIs.
What you’ll be doing;
✔ Making it simple: Define client roadmaps and help them achieve their objectives through well-planned paid media strategies.
✔ Keeping things on track: Perform daily checks on your accounts and optimise campaigns to meet budgets and targets.
✔ Building partnerships: Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure your clients are always in the loop on the latest innovations.
✔ Leading the way: Implement display campaign strategies, manage prospecting and retargeting campaigns, and plan media buys that deliver real results.
✔ Owning the numbers: Handle media plan approvals, manage purchase orders, and ensure every penny of the budget counts.
✔ Driving innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with dynamic ads, rich media, and high-impact formats.
✔ Being the go-to expert: Create client-facing reports packed with actionable insights and take the lead in forecasting and presenting to clients.
✔ Supporting the team: Mentor junior staff, share your expertise, and lead new business opportunities with confidence.
What you’ll bring to the table;
Skills and know-how:
- Proficiency with paid search platforms and tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, and more.
- Experience running campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, and bid management tools.
Experience and attitude:
- At least 2 years in a paid search environment, managing large-scale, results-driven campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Demonstrable passion for all things digital—you stay curious, keep up with trends, and embrace innovation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
