Account Executive – United Kingdom at Traild

Traild is a high‑growth SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable. To help businesses protect their B2B payments from fraud, errors and mistakes, Traild’s specialised software integrates with leading ERP systems such as SYSPRO, Acumatica, MYOB and IFS, enabling clients to make their AP process more streamlined, automated and secure.
The Role
As an Account Executive at Traild, you are the key to unlocking new possibilities for our clients. You’ll showcase the unique value of Traild’s solutions, guide potential clients through the value proposition and help them move from curiosity to conviction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline management – Execute on leads from SDR team and other channels, maintain hygiene in Pipedrive CRM.
- Self‑generate leads – Prospect and qualify leads using lead‑generation tools, and take them through the complete sales cycle.
- Product demos – Deliver engaging technical conversations to stakeholders, including CFOs, accountants and other financial decision makers.
- Product knowledge – Stay updated on industry trends and Traild’s evolving feature set, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Relationship management – Build strong relationships with SME, mid‑market and large enterprise clients, demonstrating how Traild can streamline, automate and protect their AP.
- Sales strategy – Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer focus – Listen to customers’ needs and pain points and ensure effective solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven track record working with mid‑market and large enterprises.
- Experience with ERPs such as SYSPRO, Acumatica and IFS is a bonus.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for collective success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales‑automation tools.
