The Role
As a Chef De Partie, you will be an integral part of our guest experience. Whether it\’s a Devonshire cream tea or a hearty Sunday roast, your culinary skills will be what makes their stay truly unforgettable. We have three fantastic venues as well as a pizza takeaway, and we cater from breakfast through to the evening . On a typical day you will find yourself preparing, cooking and presenting food, stock control, managing deliveries, ensuring food is stored correctly and assisting in the usual running of the kitchen.
We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:
- Previous experience in a fast paced busy kitchen
- The ability to run a kitchen section
- Flexibility for Mornings, Evenings and Weekends
- Food Hygiene and Kitchen Compliance understanding is essential
- Familiarity with Health & Safety practices are preferrable
- Fixed Term until 2 November 2025
