Our expertise is the design and manufacture of communications-based specialty products – engineered components and subsystems – for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial, and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The primary function of this role is to interface with customers, in support Business Development, regarding requests for quotations, product inquiries, and general sales inquiries. This function also needs to work closely with Operations to provide existing sales order updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creation of quotations for customers
  • Creation and follow-up on leads from customers
  • Managing accounts and opportunities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Managing customer online supply chain portals – specific to quotation and order status requirements
  • Supporting in-person and remote customer meetings
  • Interfacing with Engineering for technical evaluations
  • Understanding part topologies to support accurate quoting
  • Creating part numbers in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) s ystem
  • Working with Operations to ensure production updates are communicated to customers in response to open-order status requests

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years’ direct customer service experience
  • Clear Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Experience in planning, directing, coordinating quotations
  • Must have experience in a manufacturing environment, with electronics experience being a plus
  • Must meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed

  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have expertise in Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have the ability to plan and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts, technical procedures, and/or governmental documents
  • Ability to learn and operate effectively in CRM and ERP applications
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pace environment

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
