The role

As a MRP Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. An exciting opportunity to support the In Country Supply Chain Manager by managing and controlling Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities.

Day-to-day, you’ll ensure the availability and efficiency of materials and equipment, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain operations. You\’ll also:

  • Coordinate MRP schedules in line with planned and emergent demand
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in MRP operations
  • Report on MRP metrics and progress on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Understand interdependencies between MRP operations, supply chain, and engineering and work closely to align UK and in-country MRP activities align

This role is full time fixed term contract, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Andover or Donnington.

Essential experience of the MRP Controller:

  • Military/Defence Sector Supply Chain experience
  • Experience of MRP systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and operational functions
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
