We’re on the lookout for three Pricing Analysts to join our growing team, this could include junior or senior analysts, so please feel free to apply at whichever level best suits your experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams across the business to design fair, forward‑thinking pricing strategies that put customers first.
- Use data creatively to identify opportunities, uncover trends and shape pricing models that support a sustainable future.
- Collaborate on projects that bring new products and flexible pricing options to life from time‑of‑use tariffs to dynamic energy solutions.
- Share insights that help decision‑makers understand the story behind the data.
- Support the continuous improvement of our pricing tools and platforms to enhance how we work and deliver for customers.
- Help drive decarbonisation by turning energy data into meaningful action that benefits both people and the planet.
Qualifications
- About 2 years of experience in a pricing or commercial analytics role, confident working with large complex datasets.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to solve problems.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in Tableau or similar tools a plus.
- Clear communication skills, able to translate complex data into insights everyone can understand.
- Enjoy collaborating across teams; build positive relationships and work well with others.
- Balance curiosity and creativity with commercial thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in the energy, utilities or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of residential or SME pricing models.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis and modelling.
- A passion for sustainability and innovation.
- Experience using data visualisation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to tell compelling stories.
Location
This role can be based at any of our hub locations Nottingham, Leicester, Bolton or London – with one day per week in the office. We can also be flexible for those not based near Nottingham.
