Our Asset Intelligence and Innovation Team is growing, and we are actively seeking multiple talented System Owners to join us! You will report directly to our Asset Intelligence Systems Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing our digital capabilities.

We are looking for both all-rounders who can navigate various system domains, as well as specialists with deep expertise in specific areas, as outlined below.

LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT

We are seeking System Owners to take full responsibility for the operational performance, stability, and lifecycle of key Asset Management systems. This is a unique opportunity to shape technology solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage designated systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring performance and compliance.
  • Gather requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate change delivery with internal IT teams and external vendors.
  • Integrate systems into business processes and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as subject matter expert, providing user support and training enablement.
  • Maintain data quality and governance, supporting reporting and analytics.
  • Manage risks, issues, and vendor relationships, including licences and SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

Specialist Roles Available

  • GIS & Geospatial Intelligence Specialist – Enhance our Esri technology stack, develop geospatial datasets, and leverage spatial analytics for critical insights.
  • Innovation & AI Solutions Specialist – Own SaaS platforms like StormHarvester, support AI-driven asset management tools, and collaborate with data science teams on advanced models.

You’ll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Asset Intelligence and Innovation team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week and travel may be required; you’ll have to hold a full U.K driving licence.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in system ownership or similar roles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of GIS, SaaS platforms, or AI technologies (depending on specialism).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
