When you join us as a Corporate Receptionist – Tilney Street Office (Supporting The Dorchester & 45 Park Lane), you will have a unique opportunity to excel in your field. What You’ll Do
As a Corporate Receptionist, you\’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Warmly welcome and greet all visitors and contractors, creating a lasting first impression.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and access control with efficiency and clarity, showcasing professionalism.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and their visitors, guiding them smoothly through the building.
- Maintain a pristine reception area, collaborating with the cleaning team to uphold our standards.
- Work hand in hand with security to uphold property fire and life safety regulations, ensuring everyone\’s well-being.
- Support stakeholders with their deliveries, providing timely notifications to elevate their experience.
- Be the first point of contact between the building management team and visitors, embodying our brand with a friendly personality, a warm smile, a proactive spirit, and a genuine willingness to help.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00

What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a reception, or people facing role in hospitality industry.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft outlook and Excel
- Background in corporate hospitality, reception or hotel front of house team.
