You’re an experienced Superintendent with deep knowledge of ground‑up construction. Our client — a well‑respected general contractor — is looking for a site‑based leader who knows how to run complex builds, direct crews, and ensure quality and safety every step of the way. This is a role for a seasoned pro who can own the site and drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage site operations for ground‑up construction projects from mobilization to turnover.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and site staff, setting the tone for productivity and collaboration.
- Maintain and enforce site safety and quality standards — no compromises.
- Coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractor schedules, and remove obstacles.
- Maintain strong working relationships with inspectors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate site‑level risk before it impacts schedule or budget.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, safety meetings, and inspection logs.
