A Day in the Life of a Client Services Advisor
- Make contact with all leads provided to arrange appointments with mortgage and protection advisors.
- Confirm all appointments with customers and mortgage advisors using the pre-confirmation process.
- Book appointments using the Outlook diary system for the appropriate Mortgage Adviser or New Build Specialist.
- Maximise opportunities for mortgage appointments from provided leads.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with advisers and the management team.
- Assist the Operations Manager in developing new projects and working relationships as part of the Client Services Team.
- Develop and maintain good mortgage knowledge.
- Use the 1-2-1 system regularly to stay in contact with customers.
- Focus efforts on achieving mutually agreed business targets.
