Hilton Care provides supported living to adults with a learning disability, including those with moderate, severe, and profound learning disabilities. This includes individuals with associated physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and/or mental health needs. We are passionate about helping people live full, independent, and active lives in their community.
As a Team Leader, you will primarily be based in one service, providing continuity of care and supporting both service users and your team. Team Leaders need to set the standard regarding the delivery of personal care and be willing and able to support our service users in all aspects of their daily lives, enabling them to choose what they want to do, when they want to do it, and with whom. Every day varies depending on the activities that the service users wish to engage in, including managing their home, shopping, leisure, and social activities.
The key objective of the role is to ensure that the needs of service users are met in accordance with contractual arrangements, at all times, and to identify opportunities for improving the service where possible.
Managing Activities

- Manages and maintains all physical resources and company/housing association assets within the area of responsibility.
Managing People
- Trains and develops the team.
- Manages performance and conduct.
- Contributes to morale, motivation, and team working within the organization.
Managing Information
- Ensures the integrity, availability, communication, and confidentiality of a wide range of information sources.
