Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,027.20 per annum

Based at: Llandudno

Role Purpose

To provide tenancy related support services for individuals with complex and co-occurring issues, including substance misuse and other addictions, mental health, housing and homelessness, and offending behaviour. To help individuals move on to sustainable living and to support them in living independently and feeling safe and secure, with the long-term aim of living substance-free in their own homes. To work with individuals in areas such as employment, training and education, debt management and daily living skills to promote wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle, including partner agency working.

The housing service operates to a shift pattern which includes unsocial hours and sleep-ins.
