Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recognised worldwide as an industry leader in advanced 3D cardiac electro anatomical navigation, with a strong portfolio and future pipeline in Electrophysiology. The role involves building territory plans, delivering the regional sales target, and developing relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers while collaborating across J&J MedTech.

Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
- Develop catheter utilization and capital sales in Electrophysiology to gain market share and meet targets.
- Differentiate from competitors to drive market share gains and execute key EM/EMEA marketing strategies, including roll-out of new products and innovations.
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with clinically and economically meaningful partners.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs at all levels to tailor solutions that improve sales potential for J&J MedTech Electrophysiology.
- Ensure local pricing aligns with national pricing strategies and manage tenders throughout their life cycle.
- Maintain knowledge of the Electrophysiology marketplace, including competitor products and strategies.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical areas.
- Medical sales experience, preferably within a hospital environment, with demonstrated sales targets achieved.
- EP experience is a bonus.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent listening skills and ability to build positive relationships quickly.
- Ability to lead team strategy and execution calls; strong planning and execution with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively with every level of hospital hierarchy.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership of business objectives and time management.
- Highly motivated with a desire to succeed in a demanding role and ability to forecast product pipeline.
- Experience forecasting and conducting monthly business reviews with regional leadership.
- Experience in Cardiovascular and/or Electrophysiology is advantageous.
- Proven track record in developing key customer relationships; team player and entrepreneurial problem solver.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Full and clean driving license.
