What You’ll Do:\\
- Find&Engage Leads–Manage lead generation channels(Upwork,referrals,webinars,conferences,Telegram,Facebook)\\
- Book Meetings–Schedule and coordinate calls with potential clients\\
- Plan&Organize Events–Webinars,conferences,and podcasts\\
- Keep Things Organized–Maintain and update the CRM system\\
- Improve Lead Quality–Collect feedback from Sales and refine outreach strategies\\
- Ensure Follow-Ups–Monitor chats/emails for responses and follow up promptly\\
- Track Progress–Report on KPIs and summarize monthly results\\
- Support Sales–Prepare case studies and marketing materials for outreach\\
What We’re Looking For:\\
️1+year of experience as a Lead Generator or Business Assistant
️Event organization experience(webinars,podcasts,conferences,etc.)
️English:B2-C1 level+Fluent Ukrainian
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Upwork,Sales Navigator,or outreach tools(Snov.io ,Lemlist,etc.)
Basic copywriting skills
