Overview
Are you ready to make a real difference to our customers’ homes? We are looking for a Property Projects Administrator to join our team working with our Surveyors and Case Managers to ensure safe, quality homes for individuals and families in need, directly shaping stronger communities.
Salary: £28,500 to £30,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Staines/Hybrid
DBS: Basic
Role Overview
As a Property Projects Administrator, you’ll be part of a team managing repairs projects in customers’ homes across A2Dominion’s property portfolio including disrepair and damp and mould cases and applications for Aids & Adaptations. You and your team members will play a key role in ensuring our housing assets remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained through good surveying practices and project management.
You will be working alongside our Surveying and Case Management Team, and you will be responsible for supporting them in ensuring cases progress and our customers are kept fully informed of what’s happening with their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Projects Team including collating documents, maintaining team spreadsheets, and setting up calendar appointments as required
- Monitor team in-boxes and allocate tasks appropriately
- Respond to basic customer and external stakeholders’ initial enquiries via telephone and email including processing aids & adaptations referrals
- Track open cases to ensure progress is maintained by dialogue with surveyors, internal and external contractors and raise any concerns with Senior Surveyors/Technical Managers
- Assist in preparation of Latent Defects casework for handover to Programme & Compliance Team
- Initiate contact with customers and external stakeholders as required to book appointments and provide updates
- Raise repairs on repairs system as required
- Raise purchase orders on F&O system as required and match/query invoices received where necessary
More About You
- GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A* – C)
- Proficient in use of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer experience and communication abilities both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
