Job Description

Are you an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager seeking a new opportunity? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Operations team in Birmingham or Manchester. The Role

The HSE Manager will ensure a safe and compliant environment across our UK and international offices, playing a crucial role in health and safety management.

  • Act as the competent person for Health & Safety and fire safety
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation, HSE guidelines, and company policies
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records
  • Manage suppliers to ensure safety and compliance
  • Lead the Health & Safety Committee and develop risk assessments
  • Oversee training and engagement in health & safety and physical security
  • Implement security and emergency procedures
  • Manage safety initiatives and monitor HSE performance

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Experience in a multi-site estate within a Professional Services environment
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and solve problems creatively
  • Knowledge of ISO45001 and supplier management experience
  • Chartered Member of IOSH
