Are you an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager seeking a new opportunity? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Operations team in Birmingham or Manchester. The Role
The HSE Manager will ensure a safe and compliant environment across our UK and international offices, playing a crucial role in health and safety management.
- Act as the competent person for Health & Safety and fire safety
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation, HSE guidelines, and company policies
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records
- Manage suppliers to ensure safety and compliance
- Lead the Health & Safety Committee and develop risk assessments
- Oversee training and engagement in health & safety and physical security
- Implement security and emergency procedures
- Manage safety initiatives and monitor HSE performance
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
- Experience in a multi-site estate within a Professional Services environment
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and solve problems creatively
- Knowledge of ISO45001 and supplier management experience
- Chartered Member of IOSH
