- Produce detailed production drawings
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and on brand
- Work across a range of materials (wood, metal, acrylic, fabrics, etc.) and fabrication techniques
- Innovate with sustainability in mind – using eco-conscious materials and efficient production methods
- Support R&D and prototyping phases, including model making, testing and supplier coordination
- Attend site visits, installations, and builds when required, ensuring product quality and execution
- Ensure consistency in finishes, proportions, and materials across all design elements
- Maintain close communication with internal creative, project management, and workshop teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in product or industrial design (event, spatial, or experience design industry preferred)
- Proficient in , Blender, AutoCAD, SketchUp , or similar 3D design software
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and manufacturing processes
- Confident in translating conceptual briefs into precise, build-ready documents
- Excellent eye for detail, proportion, and finish
- Strong sketching, prototyping, and visual communication skills
- A collaborative mindset — you’re happy getting stuck into the creative process, bouncing ideas with others, and refining iteratively
- Bonus: experience in event rigging, set design, or exhibition design is a plus
