Job Title: Future Opportunity – Desk Motor Engineer

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option available

Salary Range: £31,200.00 – £46,800.00 Dependant on experience

Location: Eastleigh, Gloucester or Bournemouth – Hybrid

Future Opportunity – Desk Motor Engineer: Are you an experienced motor engineer looking for your next challenge? Or perhaps you\’re ready to take your technical expertise into a desk-based role? While we’re not actively hiring for this position right now, we will be looking for individuals to join our Vehicle Damage Team later this year.

  • Conducting remote desktop inspections to assess vehicle damage and ensure safe, cost-effective repairs.
  • Providing fast, accurate technical advice to claims teams.
  • Auditing repair networks and suppliers to maintain high standards.
  • Supporting liability decisions and investigating potential fraud.
  • Assisting with complaint resolution in line with FCA standards.
